2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

When you register a Gabjee account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one Gabjee account. If Gabjee identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be cancelled.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Gabjee login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Gabjee will never contact you to ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. This typically involves submitting a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of your payment method. Gabjee will not process withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed the required verification steps.

4 Deposits & Payments

Gabjee accepts deposits via bKash and Nagad — the two most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on Gabjee is displayed on the deposit page within your account. This amount may vary depending on the payment method selected and any active promotions. Gabjee does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposit Processing

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on Gabjee are processed to the same bKash or Nagad account used for the original deposit. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect players. Gabjee does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal Processing Time

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. In most cases, funds arrive in your bKash or Nagad account significantly faster than this. Withdrawals may take longer during periods of high demand or if your account requires additional verification.

Withdrawal Conditions

  • Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.

In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by Gabjee are subject to wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

Bonus Restrictions

  • Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Using bonuses as part of a systematic strategy to extract value without genuine play is prohibited.
  • Gabjee reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.

Expiry

7 Casino Games

The Gabjee casino library includes slot games, live dealer tables, and other casino-style games provided by certified third-party game developers. All games use independently audited random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session — including server disconnections, software errors, or display glitches — Gabjee reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. Return to Player (RTP)

8 Sports Betting

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body or competition organiser. Void Bets

A bet may be voided by Gabjee in the following circumstances:

When a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's Gabjee account in full.

Maximum Winnings

Gabjee applies maximum payout limits to sports betting markets. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm your wager. Gabjee reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at its discretion.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Gabjee platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

  • Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent identity documents, or any other deceptive means to fund or operate a Gabjee account.
  • Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on Gabjee.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Gabjee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
  • Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • Behaviour that Gabjee reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Gabjee reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

11 Responsible Gaming

  • Losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms limits Gabjee's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by Gabjee's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Changes to These Terms

Gabjee may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Gabjee will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will always be available on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

If you continue to use the Gabjee platform after updated Terms have been published and notified, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
